Welcome to Eser, a new restaurant by the 1868 group, led by Jerusalem-based chef Yankale Turgeman.
Located in the enchanting Ticho House in the heart of Jerusalem, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a sharing menu, allowing guests to enjoy a wide variety of dishes.
The restaurant is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate.
The food menu is seasonal and locally inspired, with great emphasis on fresh fish, handmade pasta, and locally sourced vegetables.
The dessert menu features a selection of dairy desserts from our in-house patisserie.
The drinks menu offers a variety of cocktails and some of the finest Israeli wines.
Eser is more than just a place to dine; it is a home for events, offering an unforgettable hosting experience for private and business occasions of all kinds—weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and team-building days—at any time of day: brunch, lunch, or dinner.
Guests can choose from intimate private rooms, a green garden, or a charming terrace to create the perfect event tailored to their needs.
The event menus are inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and include dishes such as fresh fish, handmade pasta, vegetables, pizzas, and focaccias from the taboon, along with desserts from our in-house patisserie. All dishes are served sharing-style in the center of the table, creating a warm and communal dining experience.
